Marinated Lamb Chops

Serves 4

1/4 cup Bertolli Robusto Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 cup dry white wine

3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

3 garlic cloves

1 Tbsp. grainy mustard

1 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

8 lamb chops


1. For the marinade, combine all ingredients except the lamb chops. In a large, shallow non aluminium baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 cup marinade over lamb chops; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours. Refrigerate the remaining marinade.

2. Remove lamb chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill lamb chops, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with the refrigerated marinade, until desired doneness.

3. Garnish with your favourite herb and enjoy
